More 3x3 Cards!

At this week's Rubber Stamping Class for the American Women of Surrey, we were making cutie pie 3x3-inch cards and envelopes for every occasion. I offered a tutorial for making 3x3-inch cards on a previous blog.

This time around, we were using the versatile Stampin' Up set, Fun and Fast Notes, which features eight different sweet images and sentiments.

I've taken many of the Stampin' Up stamps in my library off their wood mounts so that I could use them on acrylic blocks. This enabled me to cut the sentiments from the original image, giving me the flexibility to use the sentiments on any project.

All the designer cardstock is Green Woodland Animals from DCWV. The envelopes are made of a plain white 12x12-inch paper. You can download the template for the envelopes by clicking here.

As you can see from the samples, there are lots of variations that you can make with this stamp set and these cards. Make a whole bunch of them to keep at hand, and you always have a small card to give to a friend with or without a gift! You also can package up some of these cards and give them as gifts for your friend to use!
