Hot Cocoa Pouches

Although Branduff is getting a bit old to give out cards and gifts to his classmates at Christmas, I decided to make some hot cocoa gift pouches for his friends. The one above is made with Elzybell's stamps.

In addition, I also used a Stampin' Up set (It's Snow Time) to make some of the gift sleeves.

The the red glimmer cardstock with a scalloped edge was made by Die Cuts With a View. I attached a strip of paper inside to hold the Cadbury cocoa sachets in place. The card was then finished with a strip of designer paper on the flap and velvet ribbon to tie the card shut.

Let's face it, the girls liked the cocoa gift packets more than the boys, who were just interested in the hot chocolate! One of Bran's classmates liberated the cocoa packet from the gift sleeve, opened up the cocoa sachet (in class, mind you), and ate the mix dry. Teens these days!
